How will you create an assessment that works across so many languages?

Translation and adaptation are now established practice for much international work. In some areas, such as vocabulary development, it is more difficult, but in others such as mathematics, it is considerably easier. Much of PIPS has already been adapted for use in different languages and cultures, and care will be taken when reporting to only make comparison where they can be justified. Sometimes, the analysis will be solely focussed on data within a country and sometimes, it will include comparisons.
